In what has been a long overdue post, Team Onii-chan! is happy to present the first ever recipient of our Figure of the Month. The award goes to none other than Kyoto Animation’s beautifully detailed 1/8 scale figure of moe-nyan Nakano Azusa in her “Listen” outfit. Despite the stiff competition it faced against GSC’s monstrously outrageous 1/1 QB, the meticulous craftsmanship and irresistible cuteness of Azunyan melted our hearts like a hot knife through sinful butter. Sadly, this figure is a Kyoto Animation Online Shop exclusive which means mere mortals can only wish to get this figure unless they’re willing to sell their souls to the great online retail deities, such as Mandarake and Tokyo Hunter to name a few. Nonetheless, being the definitive Azunyan figure so far, we’re pretty sure more than a few collectors wouldn’t mind selling precious body parts to get this even more precious PVC lady.
